IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE: US SHIPPING

Updated August 27th, 2025: The US government has recently eliminated the de minimis exemption on international shipments into the US. Previously, US customers could import up to $800 worth of goods with no customs charges. This has been eliminated. This means that any orders from outside the US will be charged a tariff, which may be upwards of 35% for Canada. It is unclear how this is to be collected, and many international shipping carriers have halted shipments to the US as a result. Because of this uncertainty, Loopy has paused any order shipments to the US. This is not the action we wanted to take, but until it is clear that any shipments can properly reach our US customers, we have no choice but to pause. 

Shipping Information for Canadian and Non-US customers

Loopy Wool Supply is located in New Brunswick, Canada, and ships globally. 

Most orders will have tracking provided.

Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $150 CDN. Shipping within Canada is with Canada Post or UPS. 

Most orders ship within 1-2 days, and shipping time can vary from 2-12 days.
